As an individual with ADHD an attentive type one of my biggest challenges is getting my ideas of thoughts from my head and onto paper or the computer screen. The minute I go to do that it seems like all my thoughts and ideas get all jumbled up.
I often say that my fingers just can’t keep up in my brain and it’s true and so I’m always trying to find a clever workarounds or hacks to make life a little bit easier. I’ve used speech-to-text software and programs and they just don’t seem to work very well.
I spend more time trying to go back and fix the mistakes that had made then I would have if I just tried to muddle through and type it, to begin with. And so, I’m excited to share this hack with you and it’s actually through YouTube, if you upload a video through YouTube it will actually transcribe for you.
Now depending on the length and quality of the video, it may take more or less time to transcribe but it’s a really neat feature that I want to share with you today. So, if you’re like me and you have a hard time getting your thoughts from your head out onto the computer or paper please try this out let me know how it works for you.
And, please like and share this video with someone in your world who would benefit from this YouTube hack!
