I specialize in the emerging field of Neurodiversity and provide Counselling and Psychotherapy for individuals with invisible disabilities such as (but not limited to); Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and Learning Disabilities (Dysgraphia, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia).
As a person with ADHD, I understand what it is like to struggle through life. This is how I lived the first 30 years of mine. ADHD isn’t what is wrong with me – it is what’s right with me! Understanding how my thought process works helped me become the person I am now. I went from a 2.3 gpa for my Bachelor of Arts Degree to a 3.8 gpa for my Master’s of Education in Counselling Psychology Degree.
